Vernon E. Harbolt, 64, of Crawfordsville died at 11:57 p.m. Thursday in AMI Culver Union Hospital. Mr. Harboldt was retired from Hyster Inc where he worked as a welder. He was a former member of the Eagles Lodge and Moose Lodge of Crawfordsville and attended school in Waynetown. He was born at Crawfordsville on Aug 19, 1929 to Virgil L. and Sylvia Cummings Harboldt. He married Ova Etta Templeton. She preceded him.
Survivors include a son, James L. of Crawfordsville; a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Patty) McClellan of Crawfordsville and five granddaughters. He was preceded in death by two sons, two brothers and a sister.
The funeral is scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday in Cramer-Shoemaker Funeral Home at Waynetown. Burial will be in the Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Frienda may call from noon until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
